Our client, a leader in biotechnology, seeks a Histology Associate in Tucson, AZ. The role supports a QA Histology Laboratory, preparing tissue specimens and enabling downstream processing. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training is provided, and histology experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Histology experience preferred but not required and training will be provided.
• 0–5 years of laboratory experience.
• Comfortable performing repetitive laboratory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and organize incoming tissue samples.
• Perform tissue embedding using paraffin wax.
• Prepare tissue blocks for histology sectioning.
• Handle biological specimens following QA procedures.
• Operate histology embedding equipment.
