Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of the pathology lab, including staff scheduling and workflow prioritization.
• Lead histology team through hiring, training, annual reviews and coaching.
• Train histotechnologists and conduct proficiency testing.
• Audit LIMS reports to ensure timely, accurate sample processing.
• Operate, maintain and document equipment; troubleshoot issues as needed.
