Qualifications

• 2 years of laboratory experience in high complexity testing.
• 5 years of laboratory experience with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification: MLS/MLT(ASCP), HTL/HT(ASCP), CT(ASCP) or equivalent; must be obtained within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff in goal setting, problem solving, resource management, and outcome achievement.
• Collaborate to define performance objectives and assess staff competence timely.
• Coordinate with other departments to solve issues impacting goals and patient care.
