Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, Paramedic or EMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects specimens and registers patients.
• Processes specimens and monitors submission to referral laboratories.
• Labels specimens and prepares them for testing.
• Performs routine clerical duties (phones, faxes, reports).
• Adheres to safety, privacy, and testing procedures.
• Maintains documentation and follows regulatory requirements.
