Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills essential.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment including centrifuges and alarms.
• Bonus points for 1–2 years of related clinical lab, data entry, or production experience.

• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions.
