You will perform moderate to high complexity testing, analyze results, ensure safety and quality, and comply with HIPAA privacy and lab standards while working with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related field with 1 year MT training.
• 1 year of lab training or high-complexity testing experience.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with high-complexity testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process through moderate and high complexity testing.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
