Role Overview

We are seeking junior medical doctors to provide virtual consultations through our telemedicine platform. This role is part of our clinical team, delivering excellent medical care to patients virtually. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing compassionate care to patients of all ages and health literacy levels, with an interest in driving innovations to improve primary care delivery.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct virtual consultations with patients.
2. Diagnose and treat common medical conditions.
3. Review patient history, educate patients, offer medical advice, and write e-prescriptions as needed, following established protocols.
4. Ensure timely and professional communication with patients.
5. Maintain high patient satisfaction and accurate documentation.
6. Identify and flag red flag cases or emergencies appropriately.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Senegal.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, family medicine, or general practice.
• Access to a mobile device (Android or Apple) and stable internet connection.
