Minimum Requirements & Responsibilities

Lead shifts weekly, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth shift operations and meet targets. Responsibilities include food safety, inventory management, maintenance, managing crew, ensuring quality and safety, scheduling, and training.

Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Must be 18+ and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling available, including part-time and full-time options. We value positive attitudes, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
