Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead, hire, and scale our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This pivotal leadership role involves developing outbound strategies, coaching SDRs, and driving high-quality pipeline creation for our Account Executive team. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to target hospitals, medical groups, and physician practices across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, hire, and develop a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives through accountability, coaching, and ongoing training.
  • Drive your team's monthly performance to meet or exceed quota and activity expectations.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, and Leadership to improve qualification guidelines and processes.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene to report key metrics and promote the right behaviors.
  • Proactively enhance productivity and quality using sales methodologies, tools, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
