What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or Nurse Practitioner
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist with their inquiries
- Ensure accurate scheduling of appointments and resolve any scheduling issues
- Maintain efficiency and productivity in a high-volume customer service environment
- Work flexible schedules, including evening hours as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- 1+ years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare
- Background in a customer retention-focused role
