Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for patients with compassion and professionalism. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor, providing basic care, especially for elderly patients. The role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a caring personality.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily tasks of nursing assistants
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Assist with DME setup and maintenance
4. Perform basic IV therapy and monitor responses
5. Collect and process lab specimens
6. Provide wound care and dressing changes, including suturing if necessary
7. Manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension
8. Monitor and record vital signs
9. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
10. Conduct routine rounds to ensure quality care
11. Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care plans

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid and active LPN license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care
