Job summary

1-Hour Drain in San Jose, CA is seeking skilled Plumbing Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pumps and boiler systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and install, replace, and service fixtures and equipment, delivering reliable, safe service to our customers.

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with hands-on pump and boiler work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology including smartphones, tablets, and computers; comfortable using timekeeping, job management, and email software.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. Candidates must be comfortable using software for timekeeping (including clocking in/out from various locations and adding job-specific notes), job management (updating progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos), and email communication.
