Physical Therapist – Glendale, CA | Day Shift

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dedicated rehab team in Glendale, California. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an impact in a supportive clinical setting.

Position Highlights:

Location: Glendale, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift (6–8 hours per day)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Contract assignment

Productivity Expectation: 90%

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical impairments

Create and execute individualized care plans to support patient recovery

Document progress and adjust treatment as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care

Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapy License

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills

Experience with Rehab Optima is a plus

Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and independently
