The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our New Construction team in Corvallis. This role will assist with the management of projects, including documentation, procurement, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy studying project design and customer requirements, and are passionate about solving problems and achieving goals—this may be the right position for you!
Project Coordination:
As a Project Manager, you will support the Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement process, track current and future jobs, review contracts, drawings, and specifications. You will also assist with scheduling, developing the scope of work with subcontractors, and preparing monthly financial reports. To succeed, you must have a strong sense of ownership and be technically sound.
Communication:
You will communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners. You should have the confidence and ability to interact with industry leaders. You will work closely with our project management team to solve problems and gain hands-on experience in the field.
Documentation:
This role involves creating and responding to requests for information (RFI), developing, processing, and tracking equipment, materials, and informational submittals, as well as processing change orders, creating billing breakdowns, and conducting estimates.

The pay range for this position is $93,600 - $147,060 annually; actual offer may vary based on experience and skills. This is a non-exempt, hourly role. A potential bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, may be included. Pay information is based on market location.
