Ob Hospitalists are in the hospital 24/7 to ensure consistent and timely care for every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or the obstetric emergency department.

Memorial Regional Medical Center is a 225-bed full-service hospital serving Richmond, Hanover County, and Henrico County, as well as Virginia’s Northern Neck. The hospital features a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), private labor-delivery-recovery suites, obstetrical critical care for high-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal medicine, and ongoing educational programs for new families.

Mechanicsville is located in Hanover County with a population of over 36,000 residents. It is 6 miles NE of Richmond. The area boasts rich American history, with historic buildings, battlefield sites, and preserved artifacts.
