Selectemp is actively connecting skilled tradespeople with manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and industrial employers across the Mid-Willamette Valley. Multiple opportunities span Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Harrisburg and surrounding areas, with day and swing shifts and overtime options.

Positions include MIG, TIG, Stick & Flux-Core Welders, Welder/Fabricators & Fitters, Structural & Production Welders, Field Millwrights, and more.

Qualifications

• Welding, fabrication, millwright, mechanical, or related skilled-trades experience.
• Ability to safely use hand, power, and fabrication tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance; commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings is a plus.
• Welding education or certifications are a plus.
• Experience requirements vary by employer; other skills may fit.

Responsibilities

• Welding, fabrication, fit-up, blueprint reading, equipment installation and repair, mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, and operation of fabrication equipment.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and specifications.

Pay: $18.50–$30.00+/hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Swing Shifts | Overtime Available Start Date: Opportunities Available Now Locations: Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Harrisburg & Surrounding Areas
