Job summary

Caregiver’s Home Solutions (CHS) is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide in-home care across Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut. We welcome CNAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and Companions who are reliable, compassionate, and patient.

Flexible hourly, live-in, and overnight shifts are available. Drivers with a clean record are preferred, and bilingual abilities are valued to serve diverse client communities. Join a supportive CHS team focused on quality home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene).

• Keep detailed notes of care and changes.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Caregivers – Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• A natural at multitasking
• Reliable and ready to work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus for us are caregivers who are

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
• Bilingual? You shine even brighter. Languages like Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, and Creole are all welcome and needed in our diverse client communities!

What You’ll Be Doing
