Dispatcher – Service & Scheduling

Full-Time | $50,000–$65,000 per year + Benefits

A well-established commercial HVAC and refrigeration service company is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support field operations. This role is essential for organizing service calls, scheduling technicians efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer service.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and manages both people and logistics proficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and dispatch service technicians for repairs and preventative maintenance.
2. Coordinate with customers to align job timing with their availability.
3. Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician skillset, and location.
4. Utilize dispatching and quoting platforms such as ServiceTrade, ServiceTitan, or BuildOps.
5. Communicate job details and updates to technicians and customers.
6. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
7. Maintain accurate records of service work, schedules, and technician availability.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades industries.
2. Experience with dispatch and quoting software such as ServiceTrade, ServiceTitan, or BuildOps.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced service environment.
5. Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive salary range of $50,000–$65,000, depending on experience.
