We are currently seeking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, vacant turns, HVAC installs, and other required tasks. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of onsite work experience, own personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and repair orders promptly
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Ensure the community maintains its aesthetic appeal
• Provide excellent customer service and foster good relations

Qualifications:

• Experience in supervising roles, managing budgets, dealing with vendors, and delegating work orders
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
