Join our team as an experienced and skilled Bartender at SupperClub SouthEnd. Our bar staff takes center stage in providing outstanding service and hospitality to our guests in a fast paced, upscale/casual atmosphere. Your dedication will ensure that every visit is a memorable occasion, whether guests are celebrating milestones or enjoying quality time with loved ones.

Hours of operation:

Monday/Tuesday: 4pm - 10pm
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 4pm - 12am
Saturday: 11am - 12am
Sunday: 11am - 9pm

Position Type: Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Must have weekend availability including Sundays.

Responsibilities:

1. Create a warm and welcoming environment for all bar guests.
2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of specialty and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage offerings.
3. Take precise orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
4. Efficiently deliver beverages to guests in a timely manner.
5. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appealing appearance of the bar area.
6. Handle customer payments with courtesy and precision, providing timely change.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a bartender, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast paced environment.
2. Skill in memorizing ingredients for the menu as well as daily/weekly specials.
3. Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer to assist guests with choices.
4. Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the bar area for extended periods.
5. Effective listening skills and the capacity to respond attentively to diverse customer needs.
6. A courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
7. Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.
