Job summary

Almost Family, LLC in Roseburg, Oregon seeks a Hiring/Client Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team delivering high-quality in-home care. You will support scheduling, client intake, and records management while partnering with the Director on growth strategies and process improvements.

The role requires 1–2 years in In-Home Care/IDD, strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, plus knowledge of industry regulations and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling
• Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategies for growth
• Assist with Intakes of new clients
• Maintain employee and client records
• Participate in hiring, training, staff members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and caregivers/DSP's

Requirements
