Synergy HomeCare Walworth County is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home support to clients across Walworth County. No prior experience is required—our paid training and personalized client matching help you succeed by building on your strengths.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation, while observing client well-being and reporting changes to the office.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required or preferred.
• Background check must be passed.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Desire to assist others and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Drive clients to appointments and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Personal Care: Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting with Mobility: Helping clients move safely around their homes, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
• Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including tasks like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a stable and supportive presence, engaging clients in activities, and fostering social interaction.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.
• Observing and Reporting: Monitoring changes in clients' physical or mental health and reporting promptly to office staff.
