Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Must pass a national background check.

• Ability to engage clients with empathy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care and support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility and transfers in the home.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep a safe home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Observe health changes and report to office staff promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Personal Care: Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Assisting with Mobility: Helping clients move safely around their homes, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.

• Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.

• Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including tasks like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

• Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a stable and supportive presence, engaging clients in activities, and fostering social interaction.

• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.

• Observing and Reporting: Monitoring changes in clients' physical or mental health and reporting promptly to office staff.
