Job summary

Executive Home Care of North County Coastal is expanding its caregiver team in Carlsbad to serve clients throughout North County. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who communicate effectively and can work independently or with a team.

We offer flexible schedules (4–12 hour shifts), ongoing training, PPE, and referral incentives including a $100 client referral bonus. Competitive pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.
