Job summary

Executive Home Care of North County Coastal is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors in Carlsbad and North County. This role offers flexible 4–12 hour shifts, with a supportive team and opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

We provide competitive pay ranging from $19–$23 per hour, PPE, ongoing training, and referral incentives. Experience is preferred, but a caring heart is what matters most.

• Experience in caregiving preferred; heart for helping seniors is essential.
