Job summary

Executive Home Care of North County is expanding its services in Carlsbad and is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to serve clients throughout North County.

As a caregiver you will provide respectful, person-centered in-home care, follow care plans, monitor wellbeing, and support clients’ independence. CPR/First Aid certification and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. Flexible schedules and 4–12 hour shifts are available, with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered in-home care to clients in North County.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the care team.
• Support independence and safety for clients in their home.
• Coordinate with family and care professionals to ensure quality service.

PAY RATE: $19.00-$23.00/HOUR
