Job summary

JBA Institute is hiring Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Torrance, CA. Part-time, with potential to move to full-time, offering hourly wages of $21.00–$25.00 and a schedule Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM. In-person work with opportunities for growth and ongoing support.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience with autism or developmental disabilities. RBT certification is preferred.

• Documenting data and progress throughout sessions
