Job summary

JBA Institute in Torrance, CA is seeking Behavior Technicians/RBTs to support clients aged 4-12 across home, school, and community settings. This part-time position offers potential to move into full-time with a schedule that runs Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM, never weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing services to clients (ages 4-12) across home, school, and other community settings.
• Teaching acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Managing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement skills.
• Documenting data and progress throughout sessions.
