Job summary

JBA Institute in Paramount, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will support clients ages 3-12 across school, home, clinic and community settings while building language, social, self-help, and play skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule:

• We're looking for someone who's comfortable with a schedule that vary across the day. All hours fall between Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-6:00 PM-never weekends! Start part-time, but quickly to move into full-time.
