Jun 21, 2025 - Callibrity is hiring a remote Associate Java Software Developer. Salary: competitive pay. Location: USA.

Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote based but must work on U.S. Eastern or Central Time working hours. Will not consider non-US based candidates.

As a Software Developer, you will:

• Be a trusted advisor and thought leader in the tech industry
• Understand business problems and lead strategic technical initiatives
• Mentor and upskill peers and client teams
• Solve diverse problems with appropriate solutions
• Communicate complex ideas effectively
• Identify and recommend solutions proactively
• Teach software development best practices (Agile, DevOps, TDD, CI/CD)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven (preferred)
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), Agile (preferred)
• Knowledge of Kafka and Jenkins (a plus)
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud application development (a plus)
• Extensive IT and/or Consulting experience
• Successfully complete Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth
