Tetherow Resort in Bend, OR is hiring a full-time Morning Line Cook. The role focuses on delivering high-quality breakfast dishes for catering and events, starting early in the day.

You will ensure proper food levels, adhere to standards, and collaborate with both kitchen and service teams to provide an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates bring extensive breakfast experience, solid food prep knowledge, baking fundamentals, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Energetic, inspiring, positive and adventurous mindset required.
• Extensive breakfast item experience is preferred.
• Early riser with ability to start shifts early.
• Ability to work well with team and guests, going above and beyond.
• General food prep knowledge and understanding of dietary needs, cuisines and culinary trends.
• Foundation in baking methods, unit conversions and strong knife skills.
• Willingness to learn and a 'make it happen' attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quality food for catering and events held at Tetherow Resort.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of food quality and customer service to all guests.
• Ensure proper food levels are met for daily operation.
• Prepare menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications.
• Maintain clean and sanitary food prep and storage areas per local codes.
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with kitchen and service teams on banquet events.

• Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times in accordance with state and local sanitation requirements and codes


• Communicate clearly and develop strong working relationships with back and front of the house staff working banquets/events each day
