Role Description

As a Strategic Customer Sales (SCS) Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-sales relationship for a designated list of Strategic Accounts.

  1. Optimize outcomes of contract renewals and expand revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of ServiceTitan’s Pro Product modules.
  2. Become an expert on the value proposition of ServiceTitan’s core platform, Pro Products, and ancillary services.
  3. Build honest relationships and genuine partnerships with existing Strategic Accounts.
  4. Collaborate with critical business partners across Finance, Success, Implementation, Operations, etc., to maintain and execute detailed account plans.
  5. Work closely with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations.
  6. Source business for strategic accounts with Pro Development Representatives.
  7. Track all activity in Salesforce and forecast business to Sales leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience building & maintaining executive relationships.
  • Identifying and closing upsell & expansion opportunities.
  • Negotiating complex, multi-million dollar contract renewals with high-quality Enterprise clients.
  • Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of top performance.
  • A professional, value-driven, and highly-creative approach to strategic sales.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and excellent written & verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with individuals from various departments.
  • Passion for the home services industry.
  • Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time, regionally and nationally.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
