Job summary

Turning Point Center for Youth and Family Development seeks a Program Coordinator for the HIPPY program in Fort Collins. The role leads the home visitor team, supports program operations, and works with youth and families in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HIPPY program.
• Manage the HIPPY program per contract terms.
• Lead and train home visitors; provide ongoing staff development.
• Maintain client records in the agency database.
• Plan and run parent group meetings with enrichment activities.
• Ensure quality assurance of records and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with local HIPPY advisory committee and participate in conferences.
• Prepare for site visits and engage with community partners.
• Travel as required; establish partnerships with community resources.
