HipBurger in Clemson, SC is hiring an Assistant Manager to be the right-hand to the GM, leading the crew and ensuring every shift meets high standards with hustle and heart.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, jump into all stations, deliver great guest experiences, help with hiring and training, and keep the restaurant clean and safe, while supporting inventory and team development.

• 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
