HipBurger is seeking an Assistant Manager to be the right-hand to the General Manager, leading the crew and ensuring high standards with hustle and heart.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and step in on the floor as needed to deliver fast, friendly service and memorable guest experiences. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 18+ years old and available for flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and line up standards with GM.
• Lead and coach crew members and shift leads with energy.
• Jump in on floor during peak times: grill, register, drive-thru, expo.
• Deliver top-tier guest experiences with speed and friendly service.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and HipBurger standards.
• Support GM with inventory, ordering, and team development.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep the vibe positive.

• 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and communicate
• Calm in the chaos, cool under pressure
• Big energy and a love for working with people
• Detail-oriented and reliable-you show up, step up, and level up
• Must be 18+ and available for flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
