Job summary

Dental Intelligence, located in Pleasant Grove, UT, is seeking an experienced Compliance Associate to own day-to-day compliance across HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and privacy frameworks in a hybrid role.

You will coordinate evidence, assist in building an effective compliance program, and support external audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring KYC requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance, privacy, risk management, or related role.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, CCPA, PCI DSS or similar.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple compliance frameworks and evidence sources.
• Attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies and gaps in processes or documentation.
• Comfort with learning; willing to research and ask questions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision; self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do next.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day compliance execution across HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and Privacy frameworks.
• Coordinate documentation of evidence across frameworks and maintain the compliance evidence library.
• Assist in building and documenting elements of an effective compliance program.
• Support external audits through administrative means, documentation requests, and interviews.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and confirm customers meet KYC requirements.
• Monitor and respond to the Compliance e-mail inbox; triage reports and requests.
