Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare privacy or health information management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Investigate privacy concerns and document findings.
• Perform HIPAA risk assessments and privacy audits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage privacy incidents and intake via hotline and channels.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans for privacy issues.
• Provide privacy training materials and policy guidance.
