• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain the credentials of our healthcare providers, including licenses, certifications, and training records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
• Manage the credentialing process for new providers, including coordinating with third-party vendors as necessary.
• Respond to inquiries from providers, patients, and insurance companies regarding provider credentials and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider credentialing data in our database.
• Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure compliance with credentialing policies and procedures.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the credentialing process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
