Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a fulfillment specialist to label, assemble, and prepare kits for shipment. You will ensure accuracy of labels, maintain records, and handle mail orders while protecting patient information under HIPAA.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow instructions, and a quick learning curve. It is a hybrid position based in Hoffman Estates, IL with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED completed.
• Organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Reliability and ability to follow instructions.
• Fast learner with ability to work at speed.
• Flexible to work hours based on volume; hybrid fulfillment/kitting role.

Responsibilities

• Label kits with patient information and ensure accuracy before shipping.
• Assemble kits by hand and manage mail orders to meet productivity standards.
• Pull correct products and apply correct labels for customers.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA; handle addresses and phone numbers carefully.
• Coordinate with sales and other functions to resolve issues affecting on-time fulfillment.
