Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts Inc. seeks an HIOS Contracts Analyst to develop and administer health plan policies and contracts in compliance with regulations. This role focuses on annual HIOS and RBIS submissions and coordinating annual corporate DOI filings for Merged Market, QHPs, and QDPs.

You will work with a cross-functional team to update plan data, respond to nonstandard benefit requests, and support sales/service workflows with timely, accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in contract administration, including product development and implementation.
• Supervisory experience, or experience leading cross functional projects preferred.
• Bachelor degree level of education.

Responsibilities

• Manage the federal Health Information Oversight System (HIOS) filing process on behalf of BCBSMA, ensuring accurate corporate data and timely deadlines.
• Assess requirements for annual DOI filings for the Merged Market, QHPs, and QDPs; identify changes and key dates; coordinate impacted business areas.
• Assemble implementation team participants, facilitate meetings, document issues, and develop corporate filing approaches for regulatory submissions.
