Job summary

AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals for a remote life insurance telesales role. You will conduct client conversations by phone, identify needs, and explain products to tailor coverage. No license is required to apply, but licensing is provided guidance before selling.

As a 1099 independent contractor, compensation is commission-based with training and mentoring to help you develop sales skills and achieve performance goals from home.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Excellent phone communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client conversations and appointments by phone
• Identify prospective clients' life insurance needs
• Explain available insurance products and coverage options
• Help clients determine appropriate coverage
• Complete insurance applications electronically
• Maintain consistent client follow-up
