Responsibilities

• Perform all HIM clerical functions and manage rejected orders, suspensions, and duplicate/unlinked medical record numbers in the EMR.
• Process and resolve complex issues related to medical records to ensure accuracy and integrity of the EMR.
• Oversee and manage the suspension cycle and monitor the QA hold/queue.
• Assist with release of information as needed.
