Job summary

Responsibilities

• File and maintain health records in the EHR system promptly.
• Assist HIM leadership with operational reports, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HIPAA, Joint Commission (JC), and facility policies compliance and protect patient information.
• Prepare and scan discharge records within 24 hours of discharge per policy.
• Collaborate with HIM leadership and interdisciplinary teams; maintain regular attendance and policy compliance.
