Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of HIM operations, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.
• Experience leading HIM across multiple hospitals or care settings.
• Ability to standardize processes and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise HIM.
• Direct daily HIM operations including record completion and release of information.
• Standardize HIM policies and workflows across the organization.
• Collaborate with clinical, Privacy, Legal, IT, and Compliance leaders.
• Ensure readiness for CMS, JCAHO, and regulatory reviews.
