Job summary

R1 RCM Holdco Inc. is seeking an HIM Specialist to analyze health records, ensure accuracy, and support regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will scan, index, and perform quality reviews of medical record documents, monitor record deficiencies, and collaborate with HIM leadership to meet performance standards and improve patient care and reimbursement.

Qualifications

Here’s what you will experience working as an HIM Specialist:

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.61 - $22.95 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
