Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management required.
• 5–10 years of HIM experience.
• RHIA/RHIT certification preferred.
• Leadership and supervision experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated HIM operations and ensure confidentiality and accessibility of patient information.
• Develop and enforce departmental policies; lead compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Manage and mentor HIM staff; drive operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
