Memorial Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Health Information Management Coordinator to support accurate charting and timely documentation across Lifepoint Health facilities. You will manage transcription, voice recognition, and the MModal Fluency workflow while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional coursework in Medical Transcription, Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages transcription and digital voice recognition services for hybrid medical records.
• Oversees transcription-related corrections within the MModal Fluency system across facilities.
• Coordinates coverage for HIM functions and processes.
• Resolves practitioner report issues and contacts physicians regarding delinquent reports.
