Responsibilities

• Code inpatient, outpatient, and professional encounters accurately using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Review and resolve coding edits and billing discrepancies; provide interdepartmental coding support as needed.
• Audit coding quality and participate in external/internal audits; maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
