Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Clerk to support patient records and front-desk operations. You will answer incoming telephone calls, greet and route customers, and scan, retrieve and file records and reports.

Strong computer skills and excellent communication are required; related health information management experience is preferred. Additional duties include locating incomplete physician records, performing other clerical tasks, and

• Medical terminology courses preferred.
