0-2 years of previous experience in medical records.Knowledge of medical terminology.Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in record-keeping.Knowledge of nursing/medical practices and procedures.
Assist with the management and maintenance of patient and resident medical records.Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with all healthcare regulations and policies.Organize and file medical documents in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval.Assist with data entry and updating of medical charts, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is recorded.
